The Idf plate carrier is equipped with front and back pouches:

* 3 main double magazine pouches (6 mags total).

* 2 grenade pouches in the front.

* camelback pouch in the back.

* radio pouch in the back.

* helmet harness in the back.

The plate carrier is fully modular with molle system front and back and able to adjust the shoulder and waist straps for your size.
